Updated version with environmental assets from the Modular SciFi Season 1 Starter Bundle and Modular SciFi Season 2 Starter Bundle and Cliff and mountain rocks with interchangeable textures asset pack.
Updated version. I added a second colour, increased the speed of the build up particles moving inwards, added smoke to the background and electricity around the orb.
Updated build up sequence. I increased the point attraction force and duplicated the emitter and changed the colour. I used a curve to scale the spawn rate of the particles so they increase in number towards the end of the build up.
New smoke for the background. This was based on a Beyond FX tutorial for an Elden Ring style beam attack. I increased the size of the smoke particles as it ages to keep up with the scaling of the orb. There is a larger smoke particle for the explosion.
New electricity around the orb. This was made by following a Udemy tutorial. A second set of emitters spawns larger electricity particles just before the orb explodes.
